What are my postage options to the UK?

If you are in the UK then there is a set rate of £3.99 for any order weighing under 2kg and under 610 x 460 x 460mm. Orders over 2kg or over 610 x 460 x 460mm will go via courier which is £9.99. All of our orders are sent out via a recorded service.

Some of our items are too heavy, bulky or delicate to be sent via post. These items are available to Click & Collect. We do offer a home delivery service (for addresses within a 5 mile radius of our shops in Rochester) please get in contact for more information before purchasing. Any items which we cant post will be specified in the description.

How do I Click & Collect?

If you're local you may want to Click & Collect your order and save those annoying postage charges. Just select “Pick Up” at the checkout.  Please allow 1 working day for orders to be processed, I will send an email to let you know when it's ready. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation with you so we can match you to the right order. Your collection will be ready at Rocket, 77 High Street, Rochester, Kent, ME1 1LX.

I am outside the UK what are my postage options?

 

We do not currently post to addresses outside of the UK.

The item I want is for collection or local delivery only, can you deliver to me?

We do offer a home delivery service on some products for addresses within a 5 mile radius, please get in contact for more details, there may be a small fee.

When should I expect my order to arrive?

We will always dispatch an order within 2 working days of payment received. Deliveries to a UK address can take between 1-5 working days after dispatch depending on the service used. The service being used for your order will depend on the items being sent.

 

My order hasn't arrived in the estimated time what should I do?

If you have not received your order within 5 working days please contact your local sorting office. Also please send me a message as I am very happy to help check your tracking and chase Royal Mail to see what's happening.

I want to return my order how do I do this?

Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel this contract within 7 days. On top of this we offer refunds or exchanges on items received back up to 14 days from purchase. Return postage is at customer's expense and if we have to arrange pick up we will take this amount away from the refunded amount. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please pop a note in your parcel with all your details so I can identify it as yours and send with a trackable postal service. Also we can only accept unworn items back with all original tags and packaging, in the same condition as sent. 

If there is a problem with your order please message me as soon as possible so I can provide you the best possible service.

What will my order be packed in?

We try to recycle all packing where possible. It is very likely that your order will be completely packed in bubble wrap, chippings, tissue paper and boxes which are entirely re-purposed from deliveries we receive at the shop!
